Veronica has taught yoga and movement classes in Seattle since 2002. Her classes encourage students to move with intuition, curiosity, and ease. Her slow- flowing sequences are interspersed with poetry, humor, and space for silent reflection. She cultivates an inclusive atmosphere where students feel free to trust their own unique rhythms and expressions within a group setting. Drawing inspiration and guidance from her continued studies in dance, yoga, somatics and improvisational movement, Veronica’s classes provide an unintimidating environment to find greater freedom and peace in body and mind. Veronica is also a florist and enjoys exploring the parallels of form and pattern in humans and in nature. She is the author of two books, Fleurish and The Gardener’s Yoga, both published by Sasquatch Press.
